The rear wheel will work great with the front 19'', normally we run a 4.25 x 17 so you can use the 150/70-17 and have much better tire choices for.
We can modify the rim to work with the front hub, it looks like a 2.15 not a 2.5 which would be best with the 110/80-19 tires. It would be 235 to lace your hub/rim with new stainless steel spokes/nipples.
