The ones I have done were the ATVMotion(Now OHSCS) in Oklahoma. They don't do sighting laps. Also what I've been told a few times is 25 yards to either side of the trail is ok in a bottle neck and not considered cutting. Now, probably clipping 25 yard shortcuts the whole time prob is considered cheating but to get around a bottle neck do what you gotta do within those limits.
