I'm starting to farkle my WR250R for light off road duty. I'm debating how to approach hand guards. I've got the stock bars, and I want a bit more height. I can go with just risers and Cycra or something similar, or I can spring for a Highway Dirtbikes setup with new bars, mirrors etc. Seems like HDB is the way to go, and I figured I'd just get a Pro Taper Contour from them, let them do the tapping etc. I'm new to bar swapping though, and have some questions...

1) Is it better to get the lift from risers or from a higher bar? I'm thinking an extra inch would be perfect.
2) Do the HDB anti vibe inserts help on the WRR? I'm at 1250 miles, and things seem to getting smoother, but if $50 makes it better, I'll go for it.
3) I don't see a whole lot of $ difference in fat bars, but it's not clear that bigger is necessarily better. Any reason to stay at 7/8? Either better for vibes?
4) Universal adapter to mount a fat bar, or put on new fat lower mounts?
