I decided for an innovation - to do polyethylen underseat tank!
Now (after the back wheel clereance test) I am sure on the correct shape and the fuel cap under the seat.
The 3D model is saying 8,5 liters volume, but in reality it will be one less I think.
1/ I did the shape from hand, specifically thinking about the clereance for the rear wheel.
2/ It was scanned and modified into 3D model
3/ Prototype attrape was billed by CNC machine from styroform
4/ Rear spring from the shock was removed to make a clereance for the rear wheel
5/ Finally dynamic hit and max. compression confirmed the clereance

Last three things to be solved:
a/ outflow - only spce is above the pipes...
b/ air vent - to avoid "air pockets"
c/ isolation of the pipes under the tank
Guys, pls. any thoughts, comments, recos, hints before it moves to the form production?
(because it is as expencive as the bike it self.)
If all goes well the first pieces for testing will be ready in the end of Feb:-)
