I would agree with BuddyHolly.....allowing for plenty of clearance front to rear for tire adjustments would be smart. Another suggestion would be to then reduce the overall dimension by a slight amount to allow for guaranteed fitment on all bike (would allow for KTM manufacturing variances) and perhaps to allow clearance for a Kevlar skin for further strength and abrasion resistance.
