Ray's been a bit over the top but I certainly respect his attitude and there's no doubt of his influence on man-up style of football and Hall of Fame credentials.
I'm hopeful that he'll stay mentally sharp through his lifetime because most of his very physical career has allowed head shots.
I certainly hope that Ray isn't permanently brain-damaged from football, but most of those "head shots" were Ray hitting defenseless players. That's the only thing I don't respect about his game. Team player = yes. Inspirational = yes. High football IQ = yes. Hall of Fame = without a doubt.
But that dance before the game makes him look like a spastic jerk.
