I'd re-torque the head just to be sure - these things sometimes settle a bit and loosen up a smidge
Doesn't look too bad - just clean it up and keep an eye on it.... if the head gasket was going you'd more then likely here a chirpy blowing noise - probably feel it blowing with a damp hand
