My situation is not much better. My dad purchased Microsoft stock at the IPO in 1986, then sold around 1988 because "they really weren't going anywhere." We can laugh about it now, a little.

Back in 2000 I think it was my boss picked up a 66 big-block for $55,000 at a dealer auction. At BJ or Autobaun that car likely would have went over 100
