I don't think their ugly; just different. We've become accustomed to seeing the ordinary van. Sprinters weren't/aren't good looking by any stretch. But, they've been around long enough to be accepted. Different strokes, I guess.
I never did hear why all the Nissan dealers can't sell them. What were the special requirements? Many of the parts including the drive train are shared with other Nissans like the Titan and their big SUV
The one dealer that did sell them in my area, doesn't stock them anymore - I had to tell em to quit calling me even though they offered one at cost just to get rid of it.
Never heard anyone say it's just "different" looking before. What's an ugly vehicle to you?
