Gyms are great to focus on specific muscle groups, like the 6 pack abs that ?? has. OK, none of us.
The gym also lets us old farts rehab specific ailments, which seem to increase exponentially. Also, if I am paying for something, I tend to use it and not waste my money. Financial self-motivation.
