Holy crap.. That's the direction we are headed..
If I had to pay a 15% kicker (we pay half that now) plus the property taxes every year, on top of that, I'd just have to pass..
Sorry, for the rant.. I've always thought I'd keep my 08 for ever, but some of the reviews were starting to get my interest..
So, maybe I'll wait for a used water cooled adventure.. It'll be three years..
