Pool Cue

Made this in the early "70s. Forgot all about it. Went to a gun store and bought gun stock blanks. Hard Rock Maple for the front and Birds Eye Maple for the back. The grip is glove tanned deer skin a buddy shot in Montana. Ripped the blanks into long square stock and turned on a turning tool. Wouldn't call it a lathe because I just took some wood, pillow blocks, pulley, a belt and electric motor. Put it on the ground in the back yard and let the chips fall where they may. I bought the joint and tip, and made the rest.
