It would be an interesting purchase if true. I see a lot of redundancy among then KTM, Husky, and Husaberg. Either they may be looking to reshift the three brands towards different target audiences or they are buying market share to challenge Japan.

It is curious because I thought BMW bought Husky to get BMW out of the dirt business. Perhaps they want out of the dirt business altogether? I can imagine the influx of money into Husky is negligible at best considering the overall size of the BMW group.

There are some rumblings that the CEO individually may be the one doing the buying. I suppose that would be Stefan Pierer ?
