No worries, I may have a little Irish blood in me and cloves in the larder. So many came to French Canada during the Famine, lots of Simms....O'Farrell etc where I come from.Many came off the boats without parents or....shoes and were adopted in Quebec. Bloodlines got a little mixed back then.
Only Whiskey this Canadian will drink is Irish Whiskey.
