Just take look again at this junk design...


I decided to mod it and to make it much more reliable, but not to weld it to a frame. The previous design was to hang on bolt that was attached trough radiator... very bad and vary sad solution, the fell could tear it trough. So I made a piece that attaches to frame. It was made from 11 mm thick ship steel.


And completely modified the crash bars so they are wider.. far from side fairing


Also made it more harder with another parallel pipe in place


Crash bars (roll bars), painted and ready to roll


And, everything put togeather again




But, the windscreen was still missing


And finaly, after few months... a new very well made windshield
