This is another one Romanian company works with panniers, racks, etc and they are really professionals.
I do not want to advertise them, but i have to say that i made an order, rectangles and mounting kit to built racks myself and in 2 weeks time delivered at home. I paid by paypal. Alex is the guy who replay the e-mails and he is very helpful.
