Well,
dramatically to F650GS twin levels, which outbrakes the F800GS...
The dual sport tires and their reduced traction on pavement are clearly the limiting factor here. Second rotor only provides an advantage as an additional heat sink when you are really stressing the brakes repeatedly, or when you have a sticky front tire mounted.
For off roading it's a lot of unsprung weight that makes handling worse and the brakes feel more twitchy.
