I do the same with Photography, being on the road full time though gives me more leeway to cook on the not so "photographic" days!. Being without refrigeration however for over 6 years now there really is not much clean up needed and I generally cook something that will remain for a couple of days. Again, with the simplicity of no refrigeration all is so much more easier with specially no spoilage. [hey, I am still alive...]
I wrote to them in England to see if they would ship some of those products here. Will let you know how they hold up if so. I generally write a bit about what we use, never claiming they are the best products, just sharing.
