The Michigan Tech hockey team will be hiding in a cheap hotel on the run after tonight's murder of hated rival Northern Michigan, 8-2

Went up 4-0 in the first 8 minutes, was 8-1 after 35 minutes.

Tech was all over UAA Friday 4-1 until a late collapse and won Saturday 6-1. Granted, marginal competition but hopefully this is the momentum boost needed to finish strong going into the WCHA tourney. At this point a home ice game is all but eliminated from possibility so the hot sticks will be needed.

Mankato this weekend.
