I just recieved my new cheek pads today for the Neotec.
It came with 35mm pads and I just installed the 31mm pads.
What a difference! This thing is so comfortable. It has no pressure points at all. I think it will still seal fine and not be too loud around the cheek area with the new pads. Great purchase and I am very happy with it.
Hope yours fits just as well.
