order of possibility
1. side stand switch failing.
2. ignition pulser plug to harness dirty (its on the same side as the side stand switch plug.
3. main solenoid fuse termination failing.
4. ignition key switch contacts dirty
edit: oh and loose battery cable terminals, either end.... Probably others too, but if the side stand switch is still in place, i'd disable it and go from there.
