I got mine done in Xela, Guatemala. $35 cash!

No stitches, they used superglue. I was told no riding for two weeks. My group was going to head out in five days. CJ came along on his R100GS/PD right when I left the clinic. I got on his bike for a lift home.

No pain, no issues, no complications. That was three years ago. Feeling fine.

I know people who had it done for $2000 in the US and who had complications and swelling. It's a roll of the proverbial dice.
