I found both of the roads and I think that if I had a wider picture to the right that those would have been in the frame or close. About 12 air miles with the Idaho Centennial trail between them.
It looks like if you were coming from Superior on the main rd you could turn right onto the roads you guessed. If so you turned off too soon
Over the hill first, then turn off.
