I suspect you are right that they wouldn't sell. I love my Victory, but I'd be happier if it were a 650-900cc that had all the same amenities, weighed 600 or so pounds and got 50 MPG. It's frustrating that all full on tourers have to weigh 900 pounds. That triple would make a great platform for what I want. So would the SV/DL 650 engine. Hell, the GSX650 engine was the smoothest I have ever owned.

This CTX has almost all it needs to fill the bill. A few minor tweeks and it's there.
