My bike's PO was a B-level enduro/hare scrambles competitor that weighed 180 pounds, and actually sent his stuff all the way to RT headquarters to have the work done.
This version of the P15 is supposedly a super-progressive 6.8-14.0 kg/mm. Race Tech has changed the ratings on their springs several times in the last few years without changing the designations.
