I was laying in bed last nite, listening to the rattle in my lungs. No bueno. Think I went too hard too soon and just drove things in deeper. Oh well.

I'm off to Napa to get em to order me some Fastack. Need it for next weekend's race!

Gonna go for a little spin here soon. Took yesterday off 'cause my legs were torqued after Sundays's jaunt 'round the cross course.

I'm a cyclist that rides motos, not a moto rider that rides bicycles.
