800 miles into a 6000 mile trip, the right hand throttle spring broke. I bought a cheap pair of vice grips from a gas station and used the spring from that, but had to add some wire from a busted bungee cord hook because the spring wasnt long enough.
That fix lasted almost 10,000 miles
