No reason to be sorry... I share the same sentiments on how people photo shop stuff, some times it's so obvious its funny.
I'm really fond of that road, and yes... You should check it out sometime if you ever make it out west. I wish I had posted on this thread sooner. When I think about it, I see a lot of funny road signs... And all of them are for real.
