It's in Morocco - I came across it as i was just aimlessly riding along.
It was built specifically for a film - "The Hills Have Eyes".
Then had just been left, it's now abandoned. Very strange sight to come across unexpectedly, especially the "cold beer" sign. Morocco is a "dry" muslim country - no alcohol.
