Just to update.

I have 4000km on them nw and I have only just scrubbed the 'Conti Attack' that was embossed into the rear tyre, which was about half a mm thick.

I am still absolutely impressed with these tyres, wet or dry, gravel or our poor excuse for some asphalt. Full mud (sorry, no snow here, but I'll let you know this winter if I'm still down south) they are slippery, of course, but in wet gravel they are as good as any of the other tyres in this category.

I have found that I have settled on about 2.3bar front and about 2.6 bar rear, but I up that to 2.7bar when laden with bags for a trip.

If anyone has any issues with tyres, these are a very good option to the Anakee, Tourance and the others in the 'allroad' category of tyres.
