On the dual HELLA's, it wouldn't be too hard to make them selectable between either or a low always on--one switch or jumper in the wiring harness. If you include a fuseblock (like the Hella 4 or 6-position one) and a ground block, you have a real complete rally-prepped package.
That price is looking pretty good, I was about to spend about half that just on aux lights.
You're right, there's a number of light switching combinations but I have a feeling that having low on all the time may be a DOT requirement. I'm not sure on this. I'm hoping that we find a good (and economical) HID solution for the projector low beam - that should solve all the electrical issues.
Dual light XS is coming along, but won't be done by this weekend.
