Got to have a ride on a WRR today. Really enjoyed it. It is winter here and it had been raining so the roads and tracks were very wet. We had a WR along as well and it was neat to be able to compare the two. The WR engine has more punch as expected and also the WRR had only 2km on the clock before we started. By the end of the ride I could feel it had loosened up a bit. The WRR carries its weight well and you dont notice its extra weight. I would need to do some work on seting up the rear suspension. To light in both comp. and rebound. that should only require some time to play with the clickers. Gearing it lower would be an advantage & would close up the gearbox ratios a bit. Other than that it only needs some protection bits and it would be sweet. Nice and QUIET to.
PS: Unfortunately the bike isnt mine, it is a demonstrator.
