The first thing I said was that the Bandit wasn't in the same class as the C14. Sure, you've got $3k in your pocket, but you've still got a bike with minimal protection from the elements, chain final drive, a 1 year warantee, and less gadgetry. I was just answering pacman's question, hence the quote.

I'm not knocking on the Connie at all, and I'm not comparing the two bikes... apples and oranges. I'd own one in a heartbeat if I needed that much bike, I just don't for how I ride...

Thanks for answering the question. I didn't know you were already over on that other thread. The C14 is a great bike. It's just not for everyone. If you're happy on the Bandit, that's great.
