This bridge (yeah, there's a bridge there) is in one of north Alabama's state parks. That is Sauty creek running over it, as it usually does after an inch or two of rain. Sauty creek serves as the county line for quite a distance.
I took this picture about 50-75 yds. from the bridge and judging by how high all of the debris was piled, I'd say I probably woulda been about chest deep in water.
I know that exact location
Man, I have never seen the water that high.
I have company this weekend or I would go get it.
