Before you start indiscriminately slagging the product...what were the
conditions ? Were the mounts are installed without over tightening the mount? I suggest tighten judiciously and use blue loctite.

I brought these mirrors in because the KTM dealer is too much and they don't offer the 280mm military style.

I have delivered some ~300 of these mirrors with 10mmx1.25mm mounts and can report there was only one mirror where the mount was clearly defective. I call that a .003% failure rate.
