Wednesday 11th March: ..... Staging point: Cowell Bakery, Eyre Peninsular 10.30 am
Then ride the coastal Rd south to Port Gibbon then veer NW (all dirt) to Wudinna via Elbow Hill; High Way lookout; Mangalo; Darke Peak; Goyders Monument; Mount Wudinna; Turtle Rock; Polda Rock to refuel bike & rider.
Then due north to tour the
Gawler Ranges National Park & camp Wednesday night
Thursday: explore more of the NP before heading to Mt Ive station & Lake Gairdner to check out the fabulous Speed Racers & camp overnight.

Friday: some more early morning, clean air "Speed" action

before heading out either via:
Option 1. Kingoonya & Glendambo to Woomera, Port Augusta & Adelaide camping where we finds ourselves on the way.
Option 2. Iron Knob to Port Augusta & camp near Hawker & then maybe Saturday, ride east on the Warcowie Rd to Baratta Hill Station where any interested "easterners" can veer off to Yunta while those heading south can enjoy Weira Downs; Johnburgh; Orroroo (check out the second half of this ride report

Wednesday morning Aussie Jase & myself, at this stage

will be meeting at the Caltex Castle Plaza Edwardstown at 5.30am to ride direct to Wallaroo to
catch the (pre-booked half priced $31.25 bike & rider Wed special) 8am Wallaroo 2 hour ferry to Lucky Bay http://www.seasa.com.au/pages/fares.php (they recommend you bring your own tie-down ropes etc) to be at the Cowell's Bakery by 10.30 for morning tea.
Of course all this is subject to the gods
