Natural Chimneys Oct 14-16

Camping out for maybe the last time this year at Natural Chimneys. Gonna do a little riding, look at some pretty leaves, and some chillin' by the campfire.

If you want to join me I'm in Loop D.

Up to two tents per site, to reserve a spot call (540) 350-2510.

You'll have to fend for yourselves but I'll bring the firewood.

Kevin, as of Friday, Bruce, Dana and I are in...I'll try calling for some reservations tomorrow

Maybe I'll swing by on my way back from the Bridge Day ride.

don't think I'll be down for this one. Three weekends in a row is too much for the wife to take. Looks like I'll be hanging Halloween decorations (whatever the fuk that is). Have a good time guys.

I'd love to make it 3 weekends in a row, but I need to cut and split 2 or 3 cords of wood before the end of the month.

Kevin, I'm thinking about riding the Tiger, unless you are planning a ride like last weekend and I'll default to the KLR. Are we getting camp sites next to each other???

I'm open to easy gravel, redoing the BWDR ride we did, or I could bring the Strom and do some asphalt back roads. What do you want to do?

You can share my site if you want. Or tell them you're with me in loop D and they'll put us together.

Hey guys...if you are going to ride asphalt I need to know because that will drive the bike I bring, tires, and what I need to do to Dana's bike this week. I don't know the roads out that way.....

I was thinking about a loop that would take us to Thompson's for lunch in Franklin WV(stole that one from Blooch). We can do it on asphalt, easy gravel, or gravel with a little challenge thrown in. All three options would be nice rides this time of year.

If anyone has a preference speak up and we'll make the call this evening so everyone can get bikes sorted out and I'll start working on a route. My vote doesn't count, I get to ride this stuff all the time. But, if no one has a preference I'll default to a dirt route.

My vote doesn't count either. Tiger is ready to roll. Klr is getting a tire swap and oil change this week anyway. If I do bring the Tiger, easy gravel please. All the get offs over the last 2 weekends has got me nervous. I don't want to push my luck for the last ride of the year.
