Gonna take up residence in Paonia after all these years of going to Colorado. We'll be there full time in the spring next year.

Paonia is beautiful. We'll come visit.

Maple trees don't grow naturally in Alaska, hence no bright red leaves. Will a red bike suffice?


The Denali Hwy was in beautiful shape this past weekend, and the weather was phenomenal -


Previous weekend wasn't all that bad either. Worthington Glacier, on the way to Valdez -


In the high country, well above timberline, there isn't the variety of colorful flora, but it has its own beauty -


A couple of weeks ago the colors were just beginning to appear along the Glenn Hwy -


All too soon it will become a monochrome world again here in Alaska, but that has its own beauty as well.

I spent a week in Alaska & had 2 days of sunshine. I need to come back for a longer period. Those are excellent photos. Keep them coming...
