So, they've been out for 2 weeks and they are already the worst quality ever?

I assume you have some sort of proof to back up this wild claim of worst quality ever. I know some guys from the amf era that would contest that statement. BTW where did you buy your 2013? What model is it? What's the problem with it?

I meant the 2012 ones. Wish I kept my older HD instead of upgrading to 2012.

Everyone always bashed the CVO models but truly they are probably the best bang for the buck around.

Take an $18k Road King and slap $12k worth of parts on it. What to you have? An $18k Road King and the guy buying your bike gets a steal.

Take a $30k CVO road king (I know I've got the prices wrong). What do you have? About $15k worth of parts and better yet at trade-in time it comes in as a CVO so all your upgrades aren't worthless.

I've had five Harley's now and the only one I'd ever buy again is a road king. And frankly I'd probably buy a thunderbird over that anyway just because it really annoys me that Harley guys actually look down at other Harley guys. I get BMW snobs wondering why people would buy imperfect Italian bikes and Ducati guys looking down their noses at Japanese bikes because they might be cookie cutter or not and Japanese bike guys wondering why people would ever buy a bike that was slower, less reliable and more expensive to fix. But Harley has dyna guys fight with softail guys, softail guys thinking their bikes are gods gift, both of those thinking the touring bikes are geezer gliders and everyone pissing on vrods and sporties.

Who gives a shit what others think and do? I don't buy a bike to fit into a sect or class, nor do I care if others try to put me into one.

That one looks nice too! So does the Concorde Purple, the Fire Engine Red, the Arctic White, and, and.... The RK colors are really nice this year.

You gotta love a harley thread. It always gets some funny responses and the funniest ones are when someone takes this shit seriously and their ass gets all tight.:roflI've had a string of motorcycles since the 1960's including 6 harleys and currently have a 2001 electra glide standard I bought new in 2000. Man, I can't break this beast. Nothing but batteries, tires and service since I bought it and I've got 65000 on it. It runs like an old dog, but it never quits running. I've also got a 03 klr 650 which is another dog just smaller, that never stops running. I'd like to get a new shiney harley but its out of my price range. So, I'm going to buy the cousins 08 triumph tiger 1050. Be my 1st Brit bike since I bought a new BSA thunderbolt in 1971. I have never seen or been on any motorcycle I didn't like.:D

It's bronze/black. Search for an image of it in the sun. It's nice.

I kinda wish I had held off buying the wide glide when I did. I like the new colors, and every bike is mechanically on the same page now.

If you take the 110 for what they are, they look fantastic this year. The bronze and black, combined with the two-tone seat really looks nice.
