Since the Comet was in the middle, it was kind of hard to get an really detailed pic of it.

I wish I would have taken more pics of this brough superior.... It was completely mint and my favorite at the auction. it sucks that my camera failed me on this one. the pic does not do it justice.

According to the web site, all bikes are in running condition and many are among the rarest bikes in existence, last known survivors, 1 of 3 made etc. All American made.

I'm heading to Winston Salem tomorrow for the week and will be going on Thursday. From the looks of the bikes listed in the blog section it is going to be a good day.

Haven't made it yet but it is on my bucket list to check out. Everyone I know who has made it says it is well worth the time to visit. Make sure you camera is fully charged and take along an extra memory card just in case......

Here are some pictures from Cannonball 2012. My wife and I headed out on our yearly 2 week bike trip to Yellowstone and then Colorado. The Cannonball rider stayed at Yellowstone Inn. We stayed outside the park's west entrance a ways out. We caught up with them before they got to Old Faithful.

I think he was having charger / battery problem.




My Road King behind Doug's bike. He was helping do some repairs.




Most of the rider were carrying extra oil.


He got whatever was broken fixed for a while longer. I think the rider came all the way from Japan.

Cannonball 2014 is going from Florida to Seattle, Wa. in late Sept. I will catch up with them somewhere in Idaho for some more pictures and chit chat.

Saw this machine in the south Okanogan yesterday. Could not find the owner, I think he was watching me though. Looks like a daily rider judging by the oil all over the rear tire.
