I don't get this. Why an air compressor port on the bike? And how does it provide air? You mean you have a portable air compressor mounted behind the frame?

My bike is the older one on the right. I adapted a Cee Bailey from an 05 1200GS windshield to fit my 1100GS.

I thought the stock windshield was the worst I've ever experienced. I then bought the Givi and it wasn't much better. To me it wasn't even rideable for any distance at all.

So, I cut down the stock windshield and coated it in bedliner to use it as a mounting bracket since the stocker is so tough and well made, just poorly engineered. It works very well now.

Senor Wjrudo this is very Gaudi of you, awesome sense of shape you have there.

One question, do you notice the kickstand "Bouncing" more then you are riding in the dirt do to all the sprung mass at the end of it..??

No bounce. The back side is pocketed out so the weight is near nothing.

I have a mini air compressor on board. It's mounted on top of the front swingarm. I've carried a portable on trips but the bag and hose takes up valuable space. The hose is from an airbrush, as are the quick disconnect fittings.

Raised front of GSA seat, I'm 6.7"... didn't like the forward slope...


Thanks I will try to find the insert and bushing ... know it needs to be threaded inside to fit over the present bolt, since it is welded in.

I wouldn't bother if you're not really tall, otherwise you achieve the same by adjusting the seat front high and rear low.

I'm 100% happy the way it worked out and the ride is much more comfortable.
