    Greetings, Central Floridiots :wave

Hope everyone survived Debby and dried out. It's already back to normal sand-fest conditions here. :deal

Some vistas from today, riding around aimlessly as is my usual plan.

The XT did a fine job carrying me through the groves and down the streets.

Of course, the ride would not have been complete without the obligatory stop for BBQ at Smokin Joe's in Bowling Green.

Today I changed from my usual and went for the pulled pork sammich. It was as spectacular as the ribs! Any place that thinks banana pudding is a side dish has gotta be good. :thumb

Jerry & Kim, your bikes are getting quite the workout lately. :clap

I've got a whole off-road gear collection now which I like wearing more than my street gear. The pressure suit and offroad helmet with goggles are much cooler than my mesh street suit.

It's a fine sand bike, if you are just trail riding. Hell, its even capable at high speeds on the sand. I never had a problem while riding it fast. Its the low speed stuff, like getting over the larger logs where it was troublesome for me. On log cluttered and singletrack trails, I was wishing for a lighter bike. And I was ready for something else, I have put in many miles on that DRZ. It is bulletproof, enjoy it. :D

It will soon be relegated to garage queen with the arrival of the Husky. You are welcome to come down and ride it. The sand I'm riding has curves so it really shows it's weight.

Hope your Dad is doing better.
