ChiTown, one of the inmates here will be there also. He runs the video wall.

Don't believe I've ever had the pleasure of "meeting" him.

I just returned to the States and heard that Harley-Davidson has decided to cease production of all Buell motorcycles. That sucks! Although I have never actually owned a Buell, I have ridden most models Buell has made over the years and felt that they had made enourmous improvements in the last 15 years. It's coincidental that they just won the AMA chamionship and now they are closing their doors. It's sad to see any bike manufacturer shut down. Good luck to all of the Buell employees. I hope Harley-Davidson offers them other forms of employment.

Got my engine guard/crash bars in today from Twisted throttle.

They were in a box, individually wrapped in bubble wrap, then bunndled together in buble wrap. So I really have to wonder. wtf? They are already scartched up in a couple places. Oh well, I didn't buy them to be shiny and black paint can fix most anything. If it can't, duct tape and stickers can.

BTW they are the new sw motech style that reach higher up over the platics like the GIVI. Will post pics after I find daylight to install them.

    Also, is Poes this Sunday?

You may see a blue Ninja in the parking lot tomorrow.

Just got back from the TSO Concert (so so - a little disapointing. Not like the first), and Gretchen took the bike back to her apart. Waiting for a call to let me know she made it okay.

Damn. I'm off tomorrow.. er... today. I hope to see it in the lot next week. Is she on board with riding when it's sub 40F?

False alarm. She made a comment when she called last night about how cold she'd gotten on the way home. Had to chuckle.

I was very glad to get the call tho'. 5 minutes after she left the house I begin hearing sirens from the direction in which she was headed. Hate it when that happens.

She said she wanted to ride a little more before hitting the mass of traffic the way she comes in. She apparently makes her way from Robious and Hugenot, on to 288 and comes in off of Broad.

Maybe next week?? Enjoy your day.

Not sure if any of you have been to previous TSO concerts, but we came out of there a little disappointed. The overall impression from our group was that this year’s show was a little lame.

We saw them a couple years ago here, and that performance was excellent. The music, the flow of the performance, and the visual displays were outstanding. Last night’s performance – IMHO - didn’t have that.

Still a fun evening and a chance to get out of the house, even at the expense of some $$.

I'd love to make a run after church Sunday, but have an appointment to look at a piece of property for "deer population management and damage control."
