Can't help you with the key issue, you may have better response if you post a separate thread with your question.

The RCU you're seeing is probably ECU. Mine gives me that message if I forget to turn the key back on after applying a setting. Or, like others have said, your USB driver is in need of attention.

I tried my cable today and it seems to work. TuneECU says that my current map is KM601EU0603D01Map but it is not the same as KM601EU0603D01Map from TuneECU website. My map has the same values as KM601EU0704501Map. So somebody has flashed a 07-08 map with wrong name to my -06 bike?

Is error code "p0560, ecm power supply circuit malfunction" something to be worried about?

I would reset it and just keep note of that error. If it comes back :cry, if not :D.

    Does it run right?

It runs fine except in 3000 - 5000 rpm fast throttle openings and occasional high idle/low engine braking.

    Greetings fellow inmates !,
Any of you guys who have successfully programmed your 990 live in or near North Georgia ??
I have my 07 990 back from dealer and running OK. I have the cable and computer but might lack the skills to get started:cry.I have a fairly flexible schedule and a nice (enough) shop, food and beer:1drink. I might be able to bring bike to you as well.............The riding (and fishing) is great in this area !:evil
    Thanks,

    Gents,

Wouldn't setting the 2nd Throttle table to 100 in every cell be the same as removing the butterflies?

To all who ordered a cable from me and are still waiting -

The female adaptor connectors have been held up in customs. I'm hoping to see them sometime this week - if everything goes well. Please allow some patience and I promise to get the cables built, tested and shipped within 24 hours of receiving the needed parts.

Please refrain from sending me a PM inquiring if your cable has been shipped. Having to respond to these messages isn't making my life much easier, or getting your cables delivered any faster.

    Thanks ~ Ken

entiendo que para desabilitarlo es necesario quitar las mariposas (tapas redondas) o todo el conjunto de 2º acelerador ? o uno o el otro.
    es asi
    gracias

Yep I did this on sunday trying to debug a stalling problem. Starting to look like a bad map sensor.
