FWIW, i'd keep the bed thats on it there. Plenty of wheelin and survival gear storage.

gonna swap the gears and lockers out of my V10, and go with 42" Military XML rubber. Put some 5" miter cut stacks back on and a little "tune up" on the Cummins. De-Stall, Billet flex-plate, spring kit, and injectors on the way. Next up will be a little more boost. Gauges will go in this weekend.

The taller gearing that's in the diesel will help the fuel economy some on the V10 truck too

I was out in Ft Walton beach for a month,I remember getting nailed by fire ants while drunk,flocks of no-see ums biting me raw from the knees down,coral snakes under the Palmetto bushes
Then we had 7" of rain a day,then it was 90% humidity and 90 degrees the next day..
I thought the life size posters of George W Bush in the greasy spoon we went to for breakfast were interesting,seems hes a hero out that way.

Then I was out body surfing like I always do when Im near the ocean,then the next day some gal was killed by a shark just down the way,then 3 days later a guy got his leg pulled off by a shark at a close by beach.Seems the sharks patrol the beaches constantly out at the third sandbar where the water turns blue.

Really I had a great time out there,checked out all kinds of stuff from Louisiana to Pensacola Naval Air museum and all kinds of other cool stuff. Didnt seem to be any trailriding to be done in that area,but I was a tourist.
