Lions coach Jim Schwartz seemed to take a little dig at his rival in the NFC North.

“We had no sporting clays today or no amusement parks or water parks,” Schwartz said after the Lions’ final minicamp practice, according to Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press. “Work day of minicamp.”

    hey scwartz

you ain't had no superbowls or 15-1 seasons in awhile

Alex Smith now has a WR corps to throw to, SF is going to win the NFC West and more. SF is back now, congrats Mike Singletary, you laid the foundation for Jim Harbaugh to walk into and win. :lol3

Tony Dungy and Jon Gruden would agree with that.

Goodell upheld the suspensions he passed out initially. Now the players are say they are going to fight it in federal court........ The NFLPA signed a CBA less than a year ago giving Goodell ultimate power. Why are they surprised he upheld the penalties??? :dunno

Nah. I don't think Manning will get hurt that quickly.

He should make it until the 3rd qaurter at least.

Geez, I thought the Cinci boys had cleaned up their act a bit as of late. Send him to Jeff Fisher, he will get him sorted out.

Maybe the NFL should build their own penitentiary.
One cell block for assaults, one for DUI, one for weapons, one for narcotics and three for unpaid child support.

Lynch had a DUI for Seattle last week. Hoping he only misses the first 3 games.

    Training camps are starting.

Alright, who are your pre-preseason sleeper picks to go from crappy to possible playoff teams?

    I'm thinking:

    NFC - Carolina
    AFC - Kansas City
