Okay, just a couple of observations from this old frumpy boring guy.... Really enjoyed the music in that video. And it was good to see that at least one of those knobs had the good sense to wear a pair of boots while profiling on his wannabe hipster sled. SR500's are dead simple to start - if you know the drill and do it right. When I saw that one kid do that funky little power slide fish tail get-away on the gravel I thought "Cool. One of them can actually ride!" Then I looked at the stills and saw those retarded treadless bobber tires which look like they belong on a Model A that all the sneaker-boys like to run. And it all made sense. How disappointing... Oh, well. Guys like that are good for the economy.
Aerospace huh? Well, I can't fault you for that. Maybe you'll pull Nasa, Boeing, and the rest of those goons out of the crapper.
Sorry nup - that'll never fly - all the air will fall thru the holes in the wings - I'm no enjuneer but none of the other planes I've seen have all those holes. I loved that video - watched it a few times now...
For the last week the closest I've come to riding and enjoying life has been this video. Then yesterday things changed. Three of us took off on our DS bikes and rode 200 miles through southern Ky. The roads were twisty without end. Up and down foothills and over Pine Mountain. The roads were wet in places, had piles of salt in others, we did some gravel sections and in some places the gravel had been pushed into the earth and we rode through mud. Man it was great. Ride fast and be dangerous.
I'll concede to that argument Well gentlemen...My nikon d7000 body just arrived. Pair that with a lovely 50mm 1.4 lens and you have some wonderful video depth of field. I just did this quick little video to test it out, so no editing or anything neat. Mainly testing low light rand etc.... I'll treat ya'll to some moto videos allllll summer long! <iframe title="YouTube video player" class="youtube-player" type="text/html" width="853" height="510" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/cRRKpxCgbOY" frameborder="0" allowFullScreen></iframe>
Great looking dog. Can the D7000 auto-focus while it's filming video? I don't believe the D300S is able to do that...
Indeed, it has continual auto focus but I find that super annoying and actually pretty noisy. I'll shoot manual
Just a little teaser of the quality again: (Sorry, my bike is way out of tune currently) <iframe title="YouTube video player" width="853" height="510" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/aYl6sDgE8aA" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
