Dry socks don't stink. Smart wool liner socks are wool and thin for hot weather. I wear them for work and everyday as my main socks. I have about 20 pr. Merino wool for t-shirts is good too, both cold and hot weather. And wool doesn't smell after several days use. And wool will keep you cooler in the summer. don't know how, it just does..
When the package says 6 weeks, you gotta at least try it for awhile. And to be honest, its not bad at all. Just keep your ass clean!
That's a myth - ask my family! I just ordered the following product to reduce the gagging around my place: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005ML8J8C - it was recommended to me and has good reviews on Amazon. If it works for me, it'll be worth every cent.
My dad has the nastiest socks known to mankind. When I was a kid he would tie them around mine and my brother's necks. He would tie them so tight that we had to use our teeth to get them off of each other. So if you are looking for a way to spend some quality time with the kids...
That's very clean... I wear mine every day, and give them the stick test. I throw them against a wall and if they stick I turn them inside out, then on the forth rotation they are not only inside out but back to front!
Well, to me, packing lite is everything. I have Wolfman Expedition panniers and a Trax top box so as I sort everything out I am finding I need room for camping gear. I really don't want to travel looking like the Clampet's on the Beverly Hillbillys. The only thing I want in a duffle is my tent.
