Gas Gas two stroke dual sport - what model is this?

Do stock EC's from the early 2000's come with a key switch, hi/low switch, turn signal switch, and horn?

I'm hearing the wiring is there but I need to know what else I could expect to buy to get it street legal.

Yes I was, nice bike but I'll take a Gasser over a KTM any day.

What kind of tank range are you all getting from your gasses? I'm thinking of plating one for the street, but I'd need at least a 60-75 mi rang in the woods or back roads for it to be practical.

Australian models (and possibly Euro) have full road legal wiring for most two stroke enduro bikes, so it would be possible (but expensive) to get OEM stuff for most Euro two strokes.

My aforementioned buddy in NY just got his plated, which must have higher regs than GA. You shouldn't have a problem.

I havent really checked, it totally depends on riding style, gearing and jetting. Stock '12 tank is just shy of 3 gal. We did a DS ride in Ohio last summer, im gonna say 75% singletrack/10% double track/10% dirt road/5% single lane paved road. Total mileage for the day was 100 or so. I topped off at lunch but still had over a half a tank at the end of the day. Im guessing 30mpg. I tend to ride a gear high and lug it. Most people on the gasser forums report anywhere between 20-30mpg.

Different years have different carbs, some are more fuel efficient than others. Older bikes have big tanks available as well. Pretty sure Clarke sells them.

I usually have a MSR fuel bottle in my Geigger rig pack on long ride days.

About 30mpg for my 250. My 200 was about 25.

If you ride over 50 miles you will need an aftermarket tank. For racing I liked the stock tank but for Dual Sports the clark tank gets me 80 plus out of a tank.

My 07 300 had the 2k2 and did not have the full wiring harness.

Where can you buy these bikes?? Im in Ny and was hoping I could get my hands on one of these.
