if you just want to ride, and you're not concerned about lighting up the twisties or out-running anyone, this is plenty of bike. they aren't a sport bike but handle remarkably well for their size and are especially nimble at slow speeds. they get good mileage, have all-day comfort, and have an outstanding support network

Congrats - you're really going to enjoy that one.

Hope to see you on the road. Stop by the Rock Store some Friday for lunch and show her off.

MG Stelvio, w/none of that off-road silliness. Available in Europe today, perhaps the US in 2013...?

    Or this - either one.

Not too bad, but there are several dealers in the SoCal area. A couple of them claim to have Racers in stock. Make sure you call.

Today, I want the (just announced) Triumph Explorer XC. I know it's just spoke wheels and a trip through the accessory catalog, but I like it. Chances are good the factory installed goodies will price out less than buying the parts and installing yourself. Time to get a test ride on a regular Explorer and make sure the wife is happy with the pillion accommodations.

Yeah, but it's always a risk:reward kind of thing. Sometimes a slap is worth it. :deal

Sometimes living off whey shakes and ramen noodles for a year is worth it so you can buy a Paningale. :deal

Too bad they dropped them for the '13 model year. I guess they didn't sell enough.

The only one I ever liked too. That one is for sale at Valley Harley in Ohio. I am tempted.
